A Father figure and Brother to all of us in the Fire Service and in the

Chairman, Swannanoa Board of Directors 1992-96 Weldon was a
loving, caring and stern man that earned respect as a leader and
friend. We will always miss the anticipation of Weldon stopping by
the station on Sunday mornings to drink coffee with us before
church. He was a Firefighter true to heart.... aggressive on initial
attack of a fire and didn't stop until cleanup was done. Thank you
for being a part of our lives.
